知念グスク:沖縄 世界遺産は東御廻り.com

沖縄最古の歌謡集・おもろさうしにも「ちゑねんもりぐすく」と謡われた古いグスク。自然石を積んだ古城（くーぐすく）とアーチ門を備えた切石積みの新城（みーぐすく）の二つの郭からなっている。古城は天孫氏（てんそんし）の時代に、新城は尚真王（しょうしんおう）の時代に築かれたという伝承がある。城内には低い石垣で囲われた友利之嶽（とむいぬたき）があり、ここが東御廻りの聖地となっている。城外には石畳道をはさんで古屋敷が点在し、知念按司（ちねんあじ）墓や知念ノロ屋敷跡も残る。知念グスクは中世から近代までの複雑な建築物が城内外で見られることが特徴で、最近の調査では、13〜15世紀を中心とした土器・輸入陶磁器・銭貨・金属製品・骨類などの遺物が出土した。

The old Gusuku addressed as “Chine Mori Gusuku” in Omoro-Soshi. The castle is formed by two castles: “Ku Gusuku”(old castle) built with natural stones, and “Mi Gusuku” built with cut stones with arched gates. It is said that Ku Gusuku was built during “Tenson Shi” period; while “Mi Gusuku” was built during “Sho Shino” period. “Tomuinutaki” surrounded by stone wall is located inside the castle. It is the sacred place for the Agari-umai. There are some old houses across the stone-paved road, a tomb of Chinen Aji Lord, and the ruins of Chinen Noro’s house outside the castle. The Chinen-Gusuku has a distinct feature. The structure with its sophisticated techniques during mid age to modern age can be seen in and outside the castle. At a recent study, many archaeological remains such as earthenware, imported-ceramics, coins, metal ware, bone materials were excavated.

冲绳最古老的歌谣集—「omorosausi」里题为「知念森林城」的古诗歌颂的就是此城堡。其有用自然的石头堆积而成的「古城」和用加工过的石头建成的「新城」两大城廓。有古城建立于天孙氏时，新城是尚真王时代修建的之传说。城内有用低矮的石墙围起来的友利之岳，其是东行巡拜的圣地。城外有几处由石头路夹着的古屋，其是知念按司墓及知念祝女的居屋遗迹。知念城的城内到城外都是中世到近代的特色建筑。据最近的调查得知，13～15世纪为主的土器，陶瓷，钱币，金属制品，遗骨等出土于知念城。
