It is the site where Amamikiyo temporary stayed. One of the sites of Agari-Umai by Royal Court.
Amamikiyo

The Utaki sits on the cliff at the north side of Hyakuna Beach. Hamagaa was originally the name of a spring at the beach which then became Utaki. It is the site where Amamikiyo temporary lived after descending to Yaharazukasa. Legend says that The God of Creation of the Ryukyu relieved the weariness of the journey with clean spring water at Hamagaa, then, moved to Minton Gusuku. Old trees that grew thick, a spring with clean water, altar and incense burner placed under the rocky hill creates peaceful sacred space. King of Ryukyu and Kikoe-Okimi visited the site during rice festival. Many people constantly visit the site to offer prayers from all over the island throughout a year for Agari-Umai, Hamagaa Ugami, and Hamagaa Ubinadi.
